We learnt about healthy and unhealthy foods and how to create a balanced diet!
We looked at the features of a list and drew and wrote our own lists of foods we would like in our healthy lunch.
We explored why foods are good for us and how healthy and unhealthy foods can impact our bodies!
We made our own delicious fruit salads and tried lots of new fruits!
For our outcome we planned and set up a picnic for our families. We invited everyone in to enjoy a healthy/ balanced picnic with us and to share all the things we had learnt!
We really enjoyed learning about healthy foods and how to make good choices about what we eat so we can grow big and strong!
