Lunch

1:15 - 2.00

We are continuing with the art in the afternoons, using the techniques we learned last week and the concept of tone for shadows. We are going to use these afternoons to practise our outcome for the end of the week. So today I would like you to practise drawing one aspect of the view from your window.

For me I am going to practise drawing/colouring and putting the shadow in for a tree. You can see in my pictures how I have practised more than once using different techniques for different parts of the tree and the shadows. This should take you the afternoon to have a play with and practise drawing the one aspect and using the techniques.

I would like you to have a look at this video and give it a go, as I did. I did not record me on this because I am not great at drawing, but I have attached my try for you to look at.

It does not include the use of shadow, so I would like you to put it in using the techniques we have learned last week.

2:00- 2:30

Exercise – e.g. mindfulness yoga, fresh air in the garden, run up and down the stairs seeing if you can get faster every time!
