If you want to do something calmer:  heel toe walking across the room and back. 

RWI reading. This week you are going to read the SAME e-book every day.

 Today – follow the words on the audio as they are read.

Getting ready for maths:

Choose your counting:

1.  Forwards from 20 to 40, backwards from 20 in 1's

2.  Counting in 2's to 20, Backwards in 2's from 20

3.  Counting in 7's,  7 times table.


This week we are going to look at time. I don't know about you, but in lockdown, it is quite hard to know what day it is - they are all so much the same.

Literacy - The Journey of a Letter

1.Pre-teaching vocab in zoom:

What is a letter?

'A written, typed or printed communication sent in an envelope, usually by post.'

What is communication?

'Giving and receiving information, it always involves at least 1 sender, a message and at least one recipient (person getting it).'

2.Watch the 'hook' in the video below.

3.Gather and organise what you know about the big question, pausing the video when told.

4.Go on a letter treasure hunt round your house
