Little Literacy – similes

Please watch the short video I took of the snow yesterday and come up with a list of great adjectives to describe the snowflakes.

Adjective - a word that describes a noun

Then see if you can come up with some similes. You don’t have to write them… you could just get a member of you family to read out the sentences I have started below and you could finish them…

The snow is falling like ____________________________

The snow came down as _____________________________

The snow surrounded me like_________________________

Simile - comparing 2 things that are similar
