To celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, the Tower of London  are planting a spectacular and colourful superbloom of flowers, in which 20 million seeds will be planted to fill the Tower's moat.

In order to celebrate, year 1 have learnt about the parts of a plant and what flowers need to grow. The children have also planted some wild seeds on our school field, to grow their own superbloom. The children will be using time order adverbs to write a plant diary as their plant grows!
