Jesus cures the Leper

In the bible it tells us Jesus cured a man who was suffering from a disease called leprosy. In those days, people with this disease were not treated well and Jesus’ disciples and followers were shocked when he lay his hands on the man to cure him.

  1. Draw a picture to show your own interpretation of this story, and create speech bubbles to show what the people might have said to Jesus, and what he may have replied.

  2. Think about the world today- why isn’t it right to treat people differently? Can you explain in your own words why everyone should be treated as equals.

2:00- 2:30

Exercise – e.g. mindfulness yoga, fresh air in the garden, run up and down the stairs seeing if you can get faster every time!
