Must English LO: TO be able to show an understanding of writing narratives (SHOW- Applying) SC1: I can include learnt features in my narrative. SC2: I can use descriptive language while writing my narrative. SC3: I can write an interesting and engaging narrative.
Task 1- Create an example to match each learnt feature. Task 2(main activity)- Following the guidance on the video, write the ‘build-up’ section of your story. This task includes different levels of challenge. Supporting resource 03.03.2021 English fronted adverbials Task 3- Review your writing against the checklist. Extension- Compare your writing to the work of Philip Pullman. Supporting resource 03.03.2021 English extension Support- If you require further support with today’s lesson, watch the video below where I’ll break the learning into smaller steps.

Must Maths NATIONAL MATHS DAY!!! Happy National Maths Day year 4. For this lesson, I have got something a little different for you to have a go at. Hopefully, you will find this a little fun. It is a mystery that you need to use Maths to solve.
