Getting ready for learning

R - join in with Foxes ( Joe Wicks or Harry Potter)

C and O - Try balancing on one leg and count to 20 then change legs.

R -three one digit numbers.

C - Bonds to make 20

O – three digits and ones

Maths: Angles

SC1 ) I can identify right angles

SC2)  I can find right angles in shapes and letters.

SC3)  I can draw a right angle facing different ways. (different orientations)

These are all right angles – it does not matter which way they face. 

 

     

 

Draw some right angles facing different ways.  Remember to use straight lines.

              Draw some letters and shapes and show the right angles with a little square.

Air writing today.  Do each word 3 times, saying the letters as you draw them in the air.

SC1) I can use 2 or 3 sentences to make a paragraph.

SC2) I can use many adjectives when I describe the setting.

SC3) I can use a question in my writing.

 

Remember when you wrote words to describe this picture?  Go on with your story about the robin.  I would like to see lots of adjectives - try to use at two for each noun.

 

So your paragraph could start:

The brave, little robin flew over the still, blue lake......
